    From my coin shop...

My local coin dealer bought this case of variety LCs from a customer. He doesn't really deal in varieties so he offered to sell it to me.

All circulated. Several decent RPMs and a minor DDO so far -- Mostly BIEs and other die chip errors. Neat display case included.

...so Abe really did have a chip on his shoulder.

edit: evidently you can get stamps in order to mark the IDB errors with the correct shape of the break.

Cool. I never have seen that type of metal carrying/storage case either. Must helps keep the staples away from each 2x2 I am guessing.

Bob, that is why I used tape before I started using Saflips exclusively. No staples to scratch and they took up about 40% less room.

        Nice buy T.
I've gotten some of those holders. The envelopes don't help the coins from tarnishing unless they are placed in little wax paper envelopes first.

I'm guessing you guys have never seen the little staplers specifically designed for coin flips ? It staples so that the staple comes out flush....really cool and it was only about $10.

Didn't know about them but it sure seems like a good idea.

All you need to do is flatten the staples with pliers.

Yep. But with 2 pieces of clear tape, one diagonally across each bottom corner, it is easy to access and then re-insert back into the flip. Not quite as fast as the stapler but pretty close.

Nice pick up... Even if Abe has a chip on his shoulder from being stuck in that box If memory serves me correct JC has come across a few of the 2x2s with stamps like that on them??? A quick easy way to identify the BIE or other LIBERTY chips with out having to break out the magnifying glass!!!

Look on the back of the LIB 2x2 flip and see if it has Margood Logo on the back. All of the Margood error flip I've seen are off-set, see images. Yours is not??
