When trying to upload pics, following Jon's instructions. After I go to manage attachments, click on that and at your attachments from where they are on your computer. When you are done with that just hit "done" on the attachments and then hit " Submit New Thread". When I load the pics they cover the entire screen and I don't see "done".
Thanks
You could try putting on a site like photobucket and paste a link.
Or your photo may be too big. You could re-size it to be smaller.
Or try some hillbilly engineering, get your pic on your screen, do a print-screen, paste it into an image using paint, crop it to show what matters and it will be much smaller and might work

I'm with Ed, there are no pics on this link. Sorry Lou, I did not let you know to resize pics, as Ed said, I'm sure that's your problem. What browser are you using, explorer, firefox? Let me know and I'll walk you through resizing the pic.

I suppose there are a lot of ways to do this but I'll walk you through how I do it. It should not matter what photo editor you use but go to your pics and open one up. My default is Microsoft photo viewer and works very well for cropping and rotating pics before I downsize them, this should be pretty straight forward but if you have problems with this let us know. After you have cropped your pic and saved it, while you are still in your photo viewer looking at your pic, there should be three dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen just below the X. Click on the dots and a pulldown of options should show up. You should see one that says "Open with", click on that and options should pop up. I like using the old school "paint", DOUBLE click on that and your pic should open up in "paint". In the upper left hand corner you should see a "resize" option, click on that and you will see a percentage or pixels option, I use pixels. For full coin shots I do 1200 pixels and smaller closeups I do 500 or 750. After changing the pixels size, hit OK and your pic will resize. at this point I just hit the X in the upper right hand corner and it's asks if I want to save, save it. At this point your pic should be the correct size and you should be able to load now. Let us know if you need more help.

Guys, I think if the pic size is too large it won't upload, but once when I had a pic that was too large to upload it didn't put text on my screen like what just happened in the previous post. I like Ed's idea of using the Windows Snipping Tool. I use the snipping tool all of the time and never have a problem uploading pics.
That text is what appeared when I downloaded a pic that was 32KB that's KB not MB. That's after I cut it down in paint. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. I'll try to think of another approach.
Thanks: Lou
P.S. Here's the media info from the pic.

Sorry Lou but I'm at a loss. I'm not a computer guy by any means. I usually just fool around with stuff on my own until I figure it out. Maybe Roger or Peter that run the Forum can figure it out and help.
