I will not be able to attribute any coins for coppercoins. I am not part of the new(er) system. You would have to contact Chuck directly to see if he is taking coins for attribution again.Bob Piazza

I spent about 14 months in 2014/15 with Chuck attempting to upgrade the site. After a lot of failed efforts, we determined the code was just too old and he needed more help than he and I could come up with. At that time, he decided to leave the site as is in the hope of making enough money to pay someone to re-code the entire site. A lot of things have happened since then, and even though he has since added some dies to the site, those same problems still exist on the site. The fact he has a new server does not mean anything. He pays for the coppercoins site out of his own pocket every month and he tries to find the best deal on a server to handle the site.
As far as the photos on coppercoins, about 50% or more are from Chuck. I didn't come on board until after his site was published for a few years. All the good photos are his...all of the out of focus ones are mine :-).
We do have photos taken by others. That normally happened when Chuck or I did not personally see the coin, but attributed it from photos.
I do not know what the future holds for coppercoins.com. I assume I will not be part of that but I did enjoy very much what I did do for that site over the course of about 15 years or so.Comment

Thanks for the info. I am not sure of the specifics with the server and prices. That is all Chuck's domain. I know for sure it is not a monthly outlay as he also maintains more than one site. Hopefully, he will see your thread if he comes back here again. Thanks again.Bob Piazza
