OBW Wheat Cent Rolls: List of Banks

I'm looking through my OBW rolls, and finding that because I live on the West Coast, most of my rolls are from western banks. I'm curious about rolls that folks have from mid-western and eastern banks. If you would, please reply back with date/MM and bank name of the OBW rolls you own. I'm only interested in Wheat Cent rolls, ie 1958 Lincoln Cents and before. I'll publish some of my own as well. Thanks for helping with this mini project...Ray

Are there no forum members who own OBW wheat rolls from mid-western and eastern banks?

I have had them before, but don't have them any more and/or opened the rolls and discarded the wrappers. From memory though, I have had many OBW rolls from New York (Chase Manhattan), and old Federal Reserve wrapped rolls from New York, Boston, and Kansas City. I have probably opened thousands of them over the past 50 years, but can't remember all of them.

Good info. I have a few from Chase Manhattan (usually with paper covering one end) but I've never had a roll from New York or Boston FRBs. I think the only Kansas City FRB I have came from a trip I made to...Kansas City, and visited some local shops.

I'm not well organized with my rolls since Dorian blew by. I keep them in Ziplocks and loaded them in buckets with tight lids and some desicant to remove additional moisture ahead of the storm in case we lost power.
I'll try to see what I can put together.

I found a few more rolls that were open in the boxes I have stored. I have a few from Bank of America in Chicago, First National banks of Boston, New York, and St Louis, and finally 1 roll from FRB of Atlanta. I am sure there are more in some other boxes. I will add them to this post as I find them. I have a few from Wells Fargo, but I can't make out a location on them.

                Ray,

I thought I had more OBW laying around that weren't put away in boxes, but I have only a few. First National Bank of Atlanta, Fulton National Bank Atlanta, Kansas City Fed Reserve Bank, and Cincinnati Fed.

Cool, those are several other banks I don't have. Of course the next question is...what dates and mints are these?

Ray, I forgot you said wheat only. The two fed rolls are 70s. The two Atlanta rolls are 1958.

I just got a roll of Cleveland Trust but giving it a partial quick look, the 1943p's in it seemed replated. Really disappointed.

Cleveland Trust Company is quite the bank...has that beautiful building built in 1909, and the company survived until 1991. Too bad someone faked your roll from them! Did you take any pictures of the ends of the roll before opening it? I'm always curious to see how "real" ones look vs "fake" ones.

One end is still in it. Because of the discoloration on the rolI I was confident it was original. I couldn't wait to crack it open so I opened it in the he USPS parking lot. But once I saw the condition in hand I knew it was plated and only looked at about a dozen. I'll get a pic once I get home Sat.
Since it was a tails/tails roll I was hoping for a Denver roll.
Guess I should have gotten the '42 p that sold the same time from the same bank.

Here is a 1942d Fed Reserve Denver roll I got at the same time as the roll with inverted '46s.

Many with stunning toning and even four RPM-005 stage A, EDS (Has the die gouge over the right stem which is in the stage B images but listed in the stage A description?)
I'll post a separate thread for the RPM once I get images but wanted to share images of the roll.
