eBay buyer to block

Buyer bid about 15 times on my auction over the week with 4 bids in the last 10 mins. Soon as the auction sold, they messaged me to cancel because they just won a different auction for cheaper.
Nobody ever wants a 2nd chance offer because if seems like shill bidding. So not only lose on the sale, maybe made another buyer feel sketchy about my auctions. I blocked and reported them.
The more I use eBay the more I hate it

I stopped selling this year on eBay. They got way too many problems and I think more serious collectors are shopping at Great Collections. Or at least I feel I am getting better prices there than on eBay.
