    1982 Large Zinc not the Doubled to die for

    I found this sucker three weeks ago in pocket change. ��
    Wexlers DDO-001, any thoughts.

    I see nothing to make me believe this is a doubled die. It also doesn't show markers consistent with WDDO-001. It does so some MD on RTY.

            For future reference....the chance of Bob being wrong about a Lincoln cent variety are slim to none....not being smart, but he is one of the top experts in this field. The 82's can be tough as the dies were heavily used and there was a lot of MD, so keep trying, you'll find something

                I thought for quite a while about responding to your post in the first place. You have a history about being less than receptive about things people say in response you your threads.
                However, you are definitely right about everyone having their own opinion. I usually admire that, especially with the folks on this forum. The fact is that you need to know when to let it go. Remember, your original post asked if we had any thoughts. I will try to remember not to get involved with you in the future here.

                  I don't see any notching or signs of a DDO just "shelf-like" MD.
