I am posting this here as a favor to a friend who allowed me to search the 36+- pounds of wheat cents he was not able to search.
Since finding the coin I have decided that it should be properly attributed and certified to prove its potential value. The coin has the color of the close-up scope pictures, and exhibits a nice luster.
What do you think about the idea?

That looks like it to me. The "o" in God looks like the pictures on coppercoins. Nice find!

Seems like a good one.
A MS63/64 slabbed example can sell for $50-$75. Do you know the die state (just curious)? Looks like LMDS or LDS from the pictures.

If I said it is probably 'stage B', would that be of help?
Of course, if there is no extra value in slabbing the coin it will remain raw.

Check eBay for any recent sales. What grade do you give it?
