I didn't realize that was the case. If that's true you should be able to pick up some bargains in the old green holders. Maybe it's a case of people breaking one of the cardinal rules by buying the holder not the coin?
i dont know. i would guess coins would run about same price unless they are on the cheap side like moderns
if someone didn't like the green label , they could get it reslabbed for a nonminal fee with PCGS. i think PCGS is 5 dollars more than NGC. is this true ?
