A final note on this "error" coin. Even though it sold, it was far below the expected value; however, the price exceeded its worth.

The seller was contacted by Mike Diamond concerning the authenticity of this coin, but he did not "pull" the auction, even though the facts were presented to him.

Once again I implore those of you who do use E-bay to buy coins (or in fact any type of collectible) to use caution. And for those of you who do sell, make sure what you do put up for auction is what you claim it to be.

What kind of actual power will this group have? I signed up for it. I read a little about it.

Hello - It appears that because our founder has been suspended from ebay that we need to rename our group. A bulk email has been sent to all members informing you of the need for upcoming changes. We will move on to do this w/ the least amount of inconvenience to all. The new name that is prposed is the Numismatic Dealers Registration Board (NDRB). We will need to come up with a new logo that can be displayed on our listings. Please feel free to send any new logo ideas to us. The easiset way would be be to place them in your Photo Album, notify us of your logo idea and we them can then put all the ideas up for a vote. Be assured that we are trying to keep this group a viable and important part of the Ebay Coin Community. Bear w/ us and be patient. Your support is greatly appreciated.
