Found this today and had to use some hard chemicals to see the coin. Come out to be a 1909 VDB. Possible S but there is a crater where the mint mark would be. But what a surprise on the rev there is a Struck Through. The coin is now sealed in cardboard holder.

I may be wrong but does it look more like pmd? If it was struck through (it looks like some sort of metal) would it show the wheats underneath the indententation? -
Just my opinion...it looks like lamination.

With that atrocious PMD it is hard to say for sure, and as the other Jason pointed out, not worth much in that condition...
