    Buying Wheats in bulk

Where/how is the best place/way to buy "unsearched" Wheats in bulk?

    Any other tips?

Try Dave's Collectible Coins on Ebay and if you send him an e-mail he should be able to direct you to a source. He has a lot of Lincoln Cents for sale any day of the week and buys in bulk.

In the past I have purchased bulk wheats from:

HCC, Inc. is a full-service coin company. Well actually, we are so much more than that. That said, we do buy and sell coin collections as often as we possibly can.

I tried Daves before and got nothing but junk plus way over price.

Local coin dealer is by far the best place. No shipping and they generally sell them for 5 cent each in bulk. Plus, a lot of deals don't bother to search them as they come in. Often they just toss them into a bag.

Yep, I found my 1922 No D avatar coin in one bag. There were plenty of other odds and ends including any ancient coin. They do not always have the full bags to sell, so one must be patient.
I have had no luck with the only coin dealer within driving distance. They are variety hunters, Tom Miller and Jack Beymer, and any coins they put out in buckets are slim pickings for one of us.
