2 New DDR 2004 Wisconsin Quarters

i usually do not search quarters but i was given a couple of buckets of change to search so i searched all the mixed coins.
i sent 3 of them to Wexler and 2 are new listings.beginners luck i guess.
i still have 2 other quarters to send in,one of them appears to have a heavly doubled ear on the obverse.

heres a pic of one of them.this is the cow snot variety of DDR.....

You should change the format of your picture from PNG to JPEG. It downloads a lot quicker, saves space on Photobucket, and doesn't affect the quality of the picture.

Great find! It looks similar to an unattributed one of mine, but I don't think it is. Has anyone besides me been looking for Virginia DDRs? It appears no one has found them yet, and I know I have one sitting back home. Look in the center at the V in the sails. Good luck!

        jpg and png

i use .jpg now but this is an old photo that was already on photobucket so i used it.

i run LINUX and .PNG is used most of the time.

Is Linux the name of your camera? Do you have Microsoft Paint on your computer?

Really? I've heard of DOS, Windows, and Mac, but Linux? I guess I'll have to do some studying.

Ok. Now I know where to get a free operating system, but I think I'll stick with the one I've got.

Disk Operating System (DOS) is what Windows uses... No longer in the original form... MAC/Apple uses their own version... Of course Linux and there is also UNIX... They are all disk operating systems with MSDOS/Windows being the most widely used!!!

                      dump winblows

I run Mepis Linux.A user friendly version of Linux thats mainly designed for beginners who want to get away from Windows.Linux geeks would call it "Winblows".

I have been using Linux for 8 years now and have been free from spyware, adware, random crashes, malware, bots, virus problems etc....

I dont run an anti-virus....there is no need.NOTHING can write to system files without the administrator password, known as the ROOT password in Linux.

the operating system is free and so are thousands of apps for it.

it does everything Winblows does except games. There are Linux games but i dont have time for computer games anyway so i dont care.

It's incredibly fast and never needs a reboot.Sometime my PC runs for months without ever shutting it off. There is a learning curve but not tough really because Mepis (and other flavors of Linux) all have great forums where you can find out anything.
