You Could have some EXPENSIVE FUN while searching

Ran across this one this morning which you don't see very often. This is what you call a grab bag (grabbing at straws) and hope you have a bag full of varieties or at least some errors.

With corrosion showing through on the bottom of the bag I would be concerned about the rest of the coins... You know the ones at the bottom are toast!!!

I am not sure but that might be grease stains on the bag. I have a 1964 bag here at the house that has black substance on the outside and everything on the inside is fine.
He has dropped the price on this bag quite a bit and I also see has a sealed bag of 1958's for sale also.

To me, that just looks like dirt.

The reason I say corrosion is that some of the spots are round like the coins... Looks to be a soak through from inside!!!

For $1K, I could buy a very nice 72 DDO. The BU rolls are having a hard time fetching $5 so I don't see much opportunity to recoup even half of your money without a lot of work...unless you do an eBay scameroo

For 1K you have a chance for 9 different varieties in the bag including a Die #4 which would be worth more than the 1K.

Let me know who buys it for searching and will help you look for a fee!!!!!

That is really nice of you but right now I have 12 GA bricks to plow through with more on the way.

Let me know what you find!!

I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the bag if I had the inclination. I know the seller well, Joe Curry. He's a stand up guy. Loves varieties, loves searching, but knows what it's worth to others too- A couple of years ago, he sold a bag of 60-D cents for something like $800, then decided to open the second bag he had. He pulled out over a dozen 60-D DDO RPM# 100s and several hundred major RPMs. Not saying that every bag has that, just that I have no doubt of it's authenticity. I went through a bag of 72Ps once, after about 3,000 regular and MD examples and nothing else, it's pretty tough to finish the last couple of thousand!

I have purchased from this seller and yes he stands behind his product he sells. He really dropped the price on this lot and he did have one or two others of the same year.

Yep and I told the wife to hide the check book, debit card and credit cards.
Wonder if he would take cash???? (She already hid that to)
