I said I was in yesterday, and I meant it. I'm still in. All I need to know is whether Bob has been selected as the person to go through it, and where to send my third.

I would have been in had it been a blind dividing up of the coins. I like to search my coins myself. I understand the premise, but my enjoyment of this hobby doesn't come from someone telling me what I have, but rather in finding out what I have.

The problem with doing it this way is if there are four BIG doubled dies in the group and one person ends up with all four, that one person is the only one who actually benefits from the purchase power of the group. I am all-in for having a third-party search through the group and divide everything for a fee. It's the ONLY equitable way to handle such a transaction.

The way I see this going forward is if there happens to be anything in the bag worth resale then the group of investors must come to an agreement over what is done with the lot and how it is handled going forward. Even though we each own a third of the bag and a third of the good stuff that comes from the bag, we still have to work together so as to NOT crash the market on what we find. I see us as a one-third vote in a partnership that will exist through the lifetime of the residuals of the bag.
