Thanks Sean. That's good to know. I didn't know that Ebay would do that. I've always complained to Ebay that for any action/rating that a buyer can take that will negatively impact a seller, it should first have to go through some type of arbitration with Ebay, or at the least some type of filter system that will not allow them to leave low stars for shipping time if it's obvious that they've received the item within the estimated time.
