Thanks Mark. We can report the ex-encased cent (what they are calling a penny on a dime planchet). I am not sure what they'll do beyond sending it to CCW, which may or may not pull it retroactively as it has 18 hours to go.

This is another case where not knowing the minting PROCESS will bite you. This one is probably more a case of ignorance than anything else.
