    Interesting Coin | 1934 NGC MS66+ possible 1DO-002 (DDO-004)(FS-101)?

Did anyone here see and maybe win this coin?

It very well could be pareidolia, but I swear I see something under the 3. I took a chance and bid $55 on this coin. I thought, heck, even if it isn't the DDO, it wouldn't be a horrible buy at $55. If it was the DDO, I hope someone here got it. That would be a treasure! MS 65 is the best graded by NGC. I didn't check anywhere else. Regardless, it would be a VERY RARE coin. Anyone else see anything, or is it just pareidolia? It ended at 9:00 AM this morning.

I did look at this coin briefly when the listing was put up, I ultimately felt that I wasn't the DDO due the position of the "something" under the 3. Of the couple that I have seen in hand the lump under the 4 is usually more pronounced than the remnants of the the 9 under the 3. Of course I hope I'm wrong.

I didn't win it. I had hoped some member won it just so I will know for sure if it is it or not. I saw it right before I left for work. I spent the first hour I was at work comparing it to Coppercoins and coneca. The crazy thing is, I could see the something much better on my phone than on my PC at work. It was at $46, so I decided to go $55. If I won it and it turned out to be a shadow, I was going to try to recoup as much much as I could. Sounds like I might have been a little lucky it sold for $56!
