    1964 sms Lincoln cent?

I recently found this while I was coin roll hunting. I thought it could just be a proof coin, but it's the satiny color that confused me. There isn't much reflective light that moves across the obverse or reverse sides of the coin when rotated. This is my first post. I'm Steven, thanks for your time in looking at my coin.

Hi and Welcome Steven. Looks like you found a proof 1964 cent someone tossed into circulation. Not uncommon as I am about to put a dozen varied year proofs into circulation as they are messed up and not worth the money to try and sell on eBay etc. There are only 40 known 1964 SMS cents and unless you can trace them to the director of the mint Eva Adams, its not a sms coin found in the wild.
