    Error Struck Through | 1989? Greese or Early Die-Cap

    Hi:
    Just found in a bank roll - i think it might be a early struck thru die-cap. Might just be greese.

      I'll go with Occam's Razor and say it is struck through grease. I forget what a struck thru die cap looks like at the moment.
