I'll stand corrected if I should have filed this under Off Topic. I think this must be a clash, in part, because the anom. under the ear is incuse. There is also a remnant in front of the eye that looks like clash. Maybe Jason will take the time to show us with his great overlays.

It looks like one oak leaf and a touch of the torch edge below the ear; I would guess the line below the eye is the olive stem. I would classify it as a minor die clash - nice find!
