This looks like some kind of rotated clash. The reverse shows many marks, but i can't find anything on the obverse. Could they have replaced that Obverse die before they struck my coin?
Nice clash... Looks like 3 possible events by looking at Bays 2 and 3... Take a look at mad die web site like Maineman suggested... Lots of good info there!!!
Jim (A.K.A. Elmer Fudd) Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!! Good Hunting!!!
hi
when posting a picture of a rotated cent try this method. Place the cent obverse up in a two by two flip and staple the sides and bottom - take a picture (be sure the obverse is aligned up and down). Then flip it over so the stapleas are the same and take a picture. This method will show you definately how much its rotated.
thx
