        Hello

        Try this site " foreign_coinage_production_figures-2.pdf " Its on the mint error news site. Your penny could be on a foreign planchet.

        I also found a 1973 lincoln cent with a nice ring to it like yours.
        I will start a new thread to show the details of the coin i found.
