Error Other | Ear doubling, clash or niether

I came across this 1995 D tonite and almost missed this. Check it out please, I have never seen this ear thing before. His jaw line continues into his ear lobe and his hair splits and shows through the back of his ear. Mr Lincoln that is!

    Thanks Paul

I'm not positive, but it has the appearance of having taken a hit on the ear.

I do not understand what you guys mean by taking a hit, please elaborate.

        Thanks

I just looked at it again and discovered what I was looking at was a small ding on the earlobe. It has a small scratch that is barely visable. The location of the ding lined up perfectly with the jaw and hairline... man you guys know your Lincoln ears!

          Thanks

The bottom part of the ear looks like it was hit, say with another coin. Sometimes they happen in the most convincing spots.
