      i think it's (pmd)also.but the date and motto looks very thick.maybe something there?

        Circ wear on the date, flattening it. The rim took a hit that caused the metal to move into the design.

          I think PMD too, but I would like to hear from one of our experts. Can you get another pic of the rim from a different angle? ( I think the date looks thick from alot of hits.)

            I say hit. Only because how it effects the Rim.

            Rim was hit moving it into the coin.

              The rim took a hit and it sliced it. As noted date has circulation wear.
