Error Struck Through | Struck through die cap found in circulation!

    Hello all,

This is definitely the best error I have ever found!! In my opinion, it beats all the clips, cuds, blank planchets, etc. Amazing!

Would you call this mid-stage die cap? Anyone have any other info or comments about this coin? Anything is appreciated.

Very nice roll find! I want to guess mid to late stage, closer to late, but let Mike chime in with a more definitive answer.

Nice find. How does that not get detected earlier? Congrats.

Very nice find. I would call it a late stage die cap since the obverse is starting to peek through.

WOW Sean! That's really a stellar example, very impressive. Congratulations. I have found a few in circulation, but none in nearly as nice shape. That's just amazing!
