That's what we are here for: to learn and to help where we can. There are many avenues to say thanks; the thanks button or a post in an existing thread are great avenues for that. Starting a new thread labeled "multiple strikes," though having superb multiple connotations and humor value considering your last thread, is not the best way.

p.s. I am pretty sure the "date" feature is for listing the date of your coin, not today's date, but I have been wrong before.

Don't feel bad realone- there's a lot of intricicies to forum ways, you really haven't done anything wrong. Just a matter of getting a feel for things and how they work. Will's suggetions are helpful, but not meant as anything but that. He's also more than just a dose of smart alec... learn to love it- I do!

Looks like being new here I have much to learn. This site is a bit confusing I have to admit for a guy who has trouble with his wife's dell let along an iphone. I am internet challenged thats for certain, but Bob locked the thread that I originally started because I asked a rather important question in many different ways repeatedly and it seemed to have hit a nerve. But I wanted to make sure my gratitidue wasn't withheld over what I consider a minor misunderstanding if that it is how it should be described.
Thanks, I will use the quck thanks button next time and not put today's date in the date box LOL!

If this is about the PeeWee Herman thing, I honestly thought that was the one I got right.

Actually, I was the one who locked the thread- it had run it's course, many answered with the same response and in the end, no matter how it was asked, the answer to the question of quantity know was the same- nobody knows and never will, literally.

The locking of a thread can occur for many reasons, but none are ever meant as an affront to the OP, more to put sparing members in their corners if things to awry.

Watch out Will, I can do things here you can't, lol. It'd be horrible if you woke up and your screen name was Britney Spears.

That's ok. I would just have to change my avatar to something a little more interesting.

I was going to say that I did not lock that thread Realone, but Chris addressed that. I just need to let you know that there are no hard feelings whatsoever. I heard and understood your questions, and I replied to them as well. As Chris stated, there is a time when nothing else constructive can come out of a thread. Believe me when I say there are no hard feelings intended...Okay??

No prob BOB! I was only frustrated with the lockdown because it would prevent me from showing off the Lincoln when i recieved it.
