Error Die Clash/Break | LWC 1942 P Possible Die Clash?

I found this LWC 1942 P over the weekend and am not real sure if I am seeing what I think I see or not due to the cataract surgery I had a week--and-a-half ago now.
I think I'm seeing what looks like some rements of the letters "A", "E", and "C" and others (highlighted) in the field above the date, but I'm not trusting my eyesite very much right now. So I'm going to rely on some of you "eagle eyes" to tell me what you think!

Here is an overlay courtesy of maddieclashes.com. You will notice that nothing you mentioned would clash in that location. I think it is damage with a slight lamination.

IMHO it looks like there are very, very slight laminations.
