Error Planchet | defective planchet or PMD?

It's never good if you have to ask if it is PMD (Post Mint Damage) or not. Because it usually is. DO you think this is a defective planchet or just really old PMD?

Looks like PMD to me.

I would also have to say PMD. You can see metal displacement on the rim, among other things.

Definitely chewed up- look at the reverse, it'll provide all the evidence you need.
