Error CUD | Retained Cud or CUD?

Im trying to figure out if this is a retained cud or worn cud. This is a 1936.

The crack goes from the rim and back to the rim and that section seems displaced/raised and it's still retained. That makes it a retained CUD.

So this is a retained cud then. Ive never found a retained cud before this year. Ive found 2 within a month but Ive found numerous cuds over the years. What Im wondering about is are retained cuds rarer than cuds or are they both just as rare.

Not sure if info exists to say which is more rare.
It depends on how long the sections hang in there like a lose tooth and how long they use the die after the chunk falls off.
You'd think they'd notice pretty quick when all of the coins have a big cud LOL...
