I think the best error guys hang out on this board.
Franklin PROOF errors are,from what I hear,exceedingly scarce.
I am pretty sure this is a rim clip but am wondering whats up with the marks that look like reeding (at 2:00) and the edge gap on the left side.
Off Center? Partial Collar? Struck Thru Reeding? etc...
