The pictures are not the best..You may have to blow them up a little to see it but there seems to be a extra handle running the same way the other handle is going.Is this classed as a die clash or what..Thanks
It's really hard to tell anything from these photos. But I can say there are a couple of 2009 dies listed on maddieclashes.com.

Most of the FY clashes I have seen (and added to maddieclashes.com) have been strong on the obverse, and weak to mild on the reverse. They are hard to shoot. Let us know if yours find yields anything.
