    Error Struck Through | PMD or struck thru?

    Looks to be struck through. I presume there are no corresponding bulges on the obverse.
    P.S. Is that a fingerprint on the other wheat stalk/head?

      Looks like a minor lamination or struck through one the wheat ear. On STATES that's definitely a lamination peel.

        some reason my camera makes the wheats look like that every time on every coin. I have no idea why.

            I think the lines on the wheat that aren't really there is lighting giving your camera bad feedback. I see it in mine sometimes. Try filtering the light source.

            The part in states definitely looks like lamination peel. The part on the wheat looks struck through, but I think it would be a lamination issue as well.

              Agreed, it's both. There's a lamination peel on the T, the wheat ears are struck thru a detached portion of lamination. So, lamination and struck thru detached lamination.
