Error Other | 19XX counter brokage?

If I posted this before I'll blame the eggnog. Driving me batty. I don't think its a counter brokage but I had to call it something. I think it looks more like a fold-over cap strike but I can't find the attribution on error-ref. Maybe you guys/gals can straighten this out for me. FYI, the reverse ghost is incuse, sunken below the plane.

That's cool looking... Not sure if it would fall under the capped die... hopefully one of the pros will chime in!!!

Looks like a brockage generated by a partial (off-center) die cap that began life as an off-center cent.

I don't remember where I got this one Roger. I may even have bought it from one of our members.
