Error Die Crack | Reverse side die crack ?

I am trying to figure out if this is a die crack or not ? Why is the crack underneath the columns ?

OK... 2 things?
we need a pic of the whole reverse... then closer ....like most of the building... then a tight pic of the mistake...
This gives us a better pic of the coin the area and the problem.

This could be a lamination problem or a die dent... my vote is the die dent.
On dies the raised area on coins are sunk down into the die.
so the lowest part of the coin... the field and behind the columns is the highest point on the die... which would be touched or hit first by an object falling onto the die making a mark on the die... a die dent.
