I found this roll searching earlier.

1994P LMC- It looks like a vice/squeeze job on the front and coin counting machine damage on the reverse.

Remote possibility of being a legit Mint error?


Anyone recognize what other coin was possibly impressed on the Obverse?

Sure looks like a squeeze job to me. I would say by another cent, by the looks of it. The thing on the reverse isn't from a counting machine, I would say it is probably the impression of the rim of yet another coin, a "sandwich job" if you will. You can also see some other impressions on the reverse. Not sure what, but kind of looks like Lincoln's hair and other parts of the bust.

I thought it was possibly another one cent.
I can see the letters " ribus " and above it it looks like part of the letters from STATES.

Makes sense of the lines on the rev being from another coin.
