Error Struck Through | 1992P is this a Struck Through Filled Die with Die Deterioration?

Please tell me if this this a Struck Through Filled Die with Die Deterioration? Also there is an anomaly on the reverse below the memorial that I am not sure about, but it just doesn't seem like Post Strike Damage. There are no signs of a die clash, no abraiding, just some split plate doubling on the reverse and no CLAM.

Thank you very much for looking and helping!!

The L on LIBERTY looks to be a struck thru and the anom under the memorial is puzzling.

Thank you George for taking a look!

Last night I found a 1974D with a similar anomaly and I could not get a decent photo so I set it aside. It appears to have an unusual die clash and a similar anomaly on the reverse below the Memorial that I was wondering might be a MAD clash and what I am seeing is the back of Lincoln's head. Far fetched I know, just a thought. I am going to post those two photos here. Remember I warned you... they are terrible... after about an hour of messing with the coin I gave up.

The obverse is definitely a struck-through filled die. The anomaly on the reverse might also be a struck-through bristle/thread/hair. The 1974D looks like damage with a possible die chip to the NW. Hard to say with certainty from the photos.

Here is the reverse of the 1992, it could be die clash marks.

Is this the same reverse as in your original post?

I'm sorry I have made this confusing George and now I am not sure which coin you are asking about. But the photo that is labeled the reverse of the 1992 was posted after I thought I might see die clash marks.
