Error Other | 1960 D doubled die date?

Is this doubled? Or maybe plate blistering?

The Lincoln were solid coins until mid 1982 with the except of the 1943s... 1943 Lincolns were zinc plated steel... I can not really tell on the close ups... My computer still is acting up!!!

Ok, I am talking about the inner tip of the curl of the 9 and 6. Just so you know where I am looking.

Yes, that is an engraving issue with the master die.
