Interesting coin. The obverse is very weak, but the reverse is much stronger. This would seem to rule out a weak strike, and while circulation wear is clearly also a factor here, I believe overzealous die polishing has to be the main culprit. Note that, besides the missing FG, the statue of Lincoln is also almost completely coin. Since the statue is between two unaffected columns, we cannot blame the "absent abe" on circulation wear. So, an over-polished reverse die can be the only logical conclusion. This is consistent with the "no FG" and also consistent for the year. Often, you will also have the "floating roof," but your coin does not exhibit that. So, I would say that yes, you have a classic "weak/no FG." Fairly common, actually. These are/were overly-glorified, over-rated, and over-priced. Sell it fast.

No FG: Lincoln memorial cents are sometimes missing the FG initials on the reverse. This can be the result of a struck through filled die or can be the result of over-abrasion of the die.

Floating Roof: When a die is over-polished, the devices are often reduced in size, or in extreme cases, completely removed from the die. A Floating Roof is the name given when parts of the memorial building are polished away, making it appear the roof is floating in mid-air. See also Abraded Die, and No FG. Crud, I guess I need to add "Absent Abe" to the glossary, since I use the term so often.
