Yes. I can't stand a lot of rock and roll music because of the electric guitar screaming. Breaks on cars, any constant beeping. And a clock or watch ticking drives me nuts. Lol. In school it always sounded so loud even when nobody was talking. The sound of people writing or book pages turning, people erasing. I couldn't concentrate at all.
Oh my, bless your heart! All of those small sounds that most people don't even notice really. That must be really miserable at times. Sounds like you have chosen a great hobby that allows for quiet concentration!
