The scratches different directions all over the obverse and reverse. I'm not good at die scratches.

Well....they pretty much are the same thing....polishing scratches the die -

A thin raised stray line would be called a die scratch for certain, it may or may not be related to the die being polished. A collection of lines in clusters can be refereed to as die scratches or die polish lines so long as they apparent reason behind them was to sand down and polish the die(s). I personally prefer for all thin raised lines that are not gouges or dents to all to be called die scratches and avoid the more specific term die polish lines.
