Error Die Deterior. | 1976 P DDO or deterioration?

The "LI" LIBERTY looks like DDO but no listing for it. I can tell the rest is die deterioration but is this too?

To me it looks like die wear plus some abrasions and circ wear along with a few hits... This is one of those that in order to tell for sure a better specimen would be needed or unless one of the pros chime in and determine other wise!!!

I'm seeing circulation wear and a little MD on the left side of the "L".
