At first I thought this could be a plating bubble.
Looking at rolls from my 2nd brick of the day and pulled this; tried flattening it with a tooth pick, didn't go away. Set it off to the side. A couple dozen rolls later found another one, confirming my suspicions it was a die chip!
This looks like a killer bee hive as opposed to a wasp nest.
(Hiding down low almost underground instead of up in the eaves/trees.)
Well duh I totally brained out on that... This looks like the hornets nests on the memorials... Those nests got really big... Makes me wonder how large these will get!!!
