        That is cool... I would have also thought an obv rim cud as the rev appears to be sunk in... What about the RPM???

                  Definitely a clip ! The obverse showes where the rim fades away from the anomaly as it moves toward the center of the coin. I use that as a tell tail sign of a true "clip" or incomplete planchet.
