I had these setting aside for the longest time not sure if any of them are mint errors except for the 1963 D I thought the marks on it might be ejection marks or something. If Anyone has any information please let me know..............dinkyblue
1941, 1963 D, 1967 weird marks or just damage?

JohnSo sad ... My reverse consumption engine was a broken fuel gauge ... gonna look at coins now. John -
Yes, the second and the fourth are the same coin, I should have marked them.Sounds good to me, then all three are mint errors or happened at the mint in some way or another Hope that's right. Thank you John, Bob. and Jim for your help. These have been laying around for awhile glad I can mark and save them now ................DanComment

Nice laminations on #1 & #3 but look closely at the reply's and you'll see that the second and forth images are a damaged coin, not mint error.Comment

Laminations are a mint error because they were on the planchet. The ones from reeding are from a reeded coin dropping on it probably out of the mint. In the mint they would keep cents separate. No reason to mix denominations at the mint plus "at the mint" is meaningless, it's still PSD if it was done after strike so the laminations are errors and the reeding marks are post strike damage.Comment

Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!!
