Error Planchet | 1983 P Lincoln on a Brass Planchet 3.0 weight

So I have a coin that has been sort after very hard. I've seen a lot of hype about this coin but to be honest I found this coin in 2014 or 2015. I was thinking what grading company to join to get this coin verified ?? I was going to send it in to NGC this week! My photos are horrible but I used to be better..lmaoo Looking forward to your comments, thanks!!!

If your scale is correct the weight is a good sign.

I'd weigh a few modern zincs and older coppers to verify the scale.
If that looks good I'd send it out and go crazy waiting on the result.

Write clearly on your submission that you think it's copper and pay for the error fee. You might call them and verify how to submit it properly (right fee and ins) Probably would send that registered mail in a box wrapped in the brown paper packing tape sealed all around and keep your receipt from the PO and watch them stamp the seams, it's way less likely to be lost.
