This spike head cent is from the rim to the top of the Jacket. I looked at cuds-on-coins and saw a couple that are similar, but I think this one is different and not listed.
Edit: 07 and 12 look close, but not quite the same
JC listed this one as SKH-1c-1995-19! These pics are not the best I've taken, but you can see the spike! Thank you JC!
One thing I have noticed is... when you resize your pics to 800 pixels it will tend to make it a tad unfocused, so if it's unfocused to begin with then it's really out of focus. Working on that
