Error CUD | 1991P- Unlisted Rim cud with a little grease on the die

This one looks kind of neat. Sending to JC to see if I can get it listed.

That is cool looking... Could this be something other than a rim cud??? The possible cud does not look large enough to cause everything I see??? When I zoomed in It looks like the rim is still there but slid up and SE... The 1 is gone most likely due to metal flow toward the rim... The L of LIBERTY also looks gone but not from a grease filled die??? Also the dies are misaligned... On the rev if you look at the plating and devices in the area of the memorial toward RICA and the rim everything slid in the same direction and appears distorted to me... The coin also looks slightly out of round??? It could just be me over anal eyesing again... What does the edge look like??? Maybe a broken collar??? Maybe a good coin for Mike Diamond to come look at???

I PM'd him a couple days ago and he said it was a rim cud with some grease on the die.
