On eBay I see OBW roll. Original Bank Wrapped roll. What was the year that was in the roll? Additionally, I don't think any major banks get bags of coins and roll them. Now most coinage is supplied by armored car companies. The two largest I know are N.F. String and Sons, and Loomis. There is a third company that is prevalent in my area but their rolls are blank so I can't figure it out. I may just ask at my bank.Comment

Yea, they might only supply to the rollers.
Looks like they sell wrappers and machines and more but does not seem to say they do the wrapping.

Excellent find Larry... You come across some of the coolest coinage... That planchet is ready to be struck... Are the lines on both sides plating bubbles or roller lines from the rolling machine???Jim
(A.K.A. Elmer Fudd)
Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!! Good Hunting!!!

Which rolling machine? The one that rolls out the zinc core?(Not the one rolling the coins into rolls)
I think those lines result from the production of the zinc core.
Notice on the second image at the 7:00 & 8:00 position, about two-thirds of the way from the center, there are some incuse marks that would probably still be visible after being struck.
Interesting.
