Error Multiple Strikes | 1974 P In Out of Collar? Finned Rim?

I found this nice out of collar coin today in really good condition. At first I thought it was a finned rim because it was almost sharp to the touch until investigated a little further and now I'm not sure. Let me know what you guys think.

    In/out of collar (http://www.error-ref.com/mutiple-strike-in-out-collar/)

    Finning (http://www.error-ref.com/finning/)

    Thanks, Jon.

Maybe the pics are confusing me but in most of them it looks like the outer edge is crushed, then in the second pic it looks raised like a fin.
I'm sort of assuming the outer part is crushed and that raised the inner ring.

If that's the case it may be an ex encased cent. They might be slightly large in diameter.

Compare it and see if it matches:

I think you may be right Ed! I can't believe I didn't think of that as many times as I've seen them posted on here. Would the bezel flatten the outer edge and make it look like a broken collar that I have pointed out? I could see that happening.

It's possible, something on a bezel could make the line.
I think what made this one tricky is the bezel opening size was only slightly smaller than the coin, so the crushed area is not wide.

A lot of the bezeled coins stay unc looking since they sit in drawers instead of circulating. It's a shame they get removed. Once removed they are a damaged cent but kept in the holder they are exonumia and have a better value.
