Error Lamination | 1945-S. Lamination error of PMD?

I found this one today while roll searching. At first I just passed it off as post mint damage but when I look at it under the scope I thought it might be a lamination error so I decided to post it and let the experts here tale a look.
    Thanks.

That's a very nice lamination error.

Excellent find... By the looks of it that is a pre strike fold over lamination as defined on Error Ref http://www.error-ref.com/?s=lamination scroll down to Part V... Notice how the details of the jacket are struck into the folded over fragment... The area to the west on the inside of the rim looks to be PSD (a hit)... Hope that helps a bit!!!
